August Kidnapped

Standing in a car park staring up at the large full blue moon, clouds creeping across its face, Mr Crow asks 'Where did summer go?'

Scary Jane shrugs, 'Been a good month though'

'Agreed' Mr Crow announces as a few more rain drops fall. 'Some good gigs, things to remember'

'Yep' Islhoff says shutting the car boot behind them.

'The cellar bar' Scary Jane added 'Worth the trip, what a great place, the atmosphere, amazing sound, a good crowd listening, dancing. What more could you want.

'True' Mr Crow states, 'Looking forwards to going back there!

'Yeah me too. And I loved having Charlie Rose back with us, it brings the sunshine!'

'I love that smile when we are playing!' Mr Crow shuffles slightly on the spot.

Playing the gig on top of Kilvey Hill was pretty special too, nice people, stunning view, good cause!'

'Yeah, watching the half moon rise over the bay and the lights of Swansea twinkle into being. That was so beautiful I almost forgot what I was singing' Scary Jane adds as she zips up her jacket and nods at the moon, before turning and walking to the car.

'I enjoyed the Tav too' Islhoff states as he starts the engine. 'Except for the rain...but we nearly made it through without the rain, at least people huddled under the large umbrellas and enjoyed, danced!'

'True enough.

'Mumbales was a good night too, always enjoy playing there, its friendly, and warm.'

'I love playing with you two' Mr Crow announces from the back seat. 'Whats next!'

'Halloween at Mumbales Sat 4th!!'

'Can't wait! Better get working on the Halloween set!! Got to do Monster Mash!

'Can I sing? Islhoff asks.

'No!' Mr Crow laughs.

'Wonder if anyone will book us on the Actual Halloween Night?'

'Be cool, but we will see...Tuesdays are always really quiet nights in pubs.'

'Still can't believe August has gone; who kidnapped it?' Mr Crow says again heaving himself out of the car.....and our summer?'

'Don't forget to do the bins tonight Mr Crow' Scary Jane and Islhoff say in unison

'Thank you my lovely people, see you soon' They both watch as he unlocks his door and vanishes into the magical, musical wonderland of his flat.
